The Graphic Designer is a vital part of the Creative Team, responsible for bringing the church’s vision to life through visual design. This role creates graphics for worship experiences, ministries, marketing campaigns, and print projects—ensuring everything aligns with Elevate Life Church’s brand. Strong collaboration, creative thinking, and a passion for storytelling through design are essential.

Must have: 2–5 years of experience in a similar creative or design role, ideally in a ministry setting.

The Central Facilities Director is responsible for ensuring all Elevate Life Church locations are safe, functional, and ministry-ready. This hands-on role includes performing general repairs, maintaining facility systems, coordinating vendor services, and supporting setup for services and events. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple locations running with excellence and efficiency.

Must have: At least 1 year of experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or a related field.

The Location Worship Director leads all worship experiences at a specific Elevate Life Church location. This role recruits and develops worship team members, leads weekend services, coordinates rehearsals, and works closely with Central Worship and location leadership to ensure each worship experience reflects the excellence and heart of Elevate Life Church. A pastoral presence, musical leadership, and team-building skills are key to success.

Must have: At least 1 year of experience in a worship leadership role or closely related area.
