Tim is the founding and Lead Pastor of Elevate Life Church and is responsible for overseeing the church’s spiritual and organizational health. As Lead Pastor, Tim sets the church’s culture, vision and strategy, develops its pastoral staff and serves as its primary communicator and teacher. As a finance and pre-law student at the University of Florida, Tim set aside his future in business to pursue God’s call to ministry in 1999. After completing a Masters of Divinity degree and serving as a student pastor and international conference speaker, Tim moved to Jacksonville to start Elevate Life Church. After building a small team of dreamers, Tim & Kristal launched Elevate Life Church on October 10, 2010 with 200 people in attendance. Since then, Elevate Life Church has led thousands of people to experience God’s grace and has impacted its community, city and world with the good news of Jesus. Tim takes his greatest joy in being God’s child, Kristal’s husband, and Noah, Abby, Elijah and Micah’s daddy.

Kristal co-founded Elevate Life Church with her husband, Tim, in 2010 and has continued to lead alongside him ever since. She currently serves as Chief of Enhancement, a comprehensive role that allows her to have her eyes on and voice in every area of church ministry, ensuring alignment and excellence.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Kristal studied secondary education before marrying Tim in 2006 and moving to Florida. She later earned a Masters in Teacher Leadership for School Improvement from the University of Florida and taught high school math for four years before planting Elevate Life Church, receiving multiple accolades as an outstanding educator.
Anyone who gets to know Kristal quickly finds that, at the center of her heart is love for God and love for her family. She regards it as her highest earthly honor to be called Tim’s wife and Noah, Abby, Elijah and Micah’s mommy.
